A Wyoming Archaeology Creation

This piece features several hand stencils that are airbrushed onto the canvas with Powars II ochre, which is hand collected from the Powars II Paleoindian ochre mine in Wyoming.

The canvas features a geologic spiral in which the hands are encircling.

The canvas itself is is dry brushed bamboo papier-mâché and sediment, mixed with acrylic gray and golden yellow paint; giving it a limestone appearance.
