This piece features a Lascaux megaloceros painted with Powars II Ochre (a Paleoindian ochre mine), and the hand stencils are air brushed onto the canvas with a more diluted Powars II. The canvas is dry brushed bamboo papier-mâché and sediment, mixed with acrylic gray and golden yellow paint; giving it a limestone appearance. The canvas texture is accented with black, white, brown, and red.
